Great Sleep's Return Policy

Great Sleep is a local company. We stand by the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied. The Consumer Guarantees and Fair Trading Acts form the basis of our policy. If you wish to return goods please contact us on returns@greatsleep.co.nz explaining why you want to return the item, we will work with
you to sort it out. To enable us to accept returns; Goods must be sealed/unopened, with the packaging in original condition, and include your purchase reference number. You will be offered a replacement product in the size of your choice.

Returns
We will accept product returns and provide you with a replacement or a refund if the
product:
▪ is faulty or is not of acceptable quality;
▪ is damaged in transit; (you must include the original packaging);
▪ is not fit for its intended purpose; or
▪ does not match the sample or description.

Business Return Policy
If you are acquiring goods for business purposes as defined in sections 2 and 43 of
the CGA, the CGA will not apply.

Simple Steps to Return
Contact us on returns@greatsleep.co.nz within 14 days of purchase for instructions. You
are important to us so please be assured we will process your return as quickly as possible.

Refunds
We prefer to provide a replacement product rather than a refund. If however you believe
this is not appropriate and believe a refund is please contact us on returns@greatsleep.co.nz. Explain what the issue is and what you believe we need to do to fix it, we will work with you to agree an outcome. The decision to provide a refund is at our discretion.
