Founded by two friends who traveled often for business, we were lamenting the differences in beds and bedding and how important it was to get a good night’s sleep.
This is what got us thinking and questioning, why do we have some great sleeps on our frequent domestic and international travel, but others are not so good? What is it some accommodation providers have that others don’t?
Nek minute . . . “We should start a company that imports good quality bedding and sells it at reasonable prices”.
That was three years ago, since then we have done a huge amount of research and learning. The more we learnt, the more the intrigue and investigation continued. We aren’t sleep scientists but like you we love that feeling of waking up after a great night’s sleep, refreshed, relaxed and ready to go.
We believe a lot of it comes down to the quality of the linen and bedding, and that is what we want to bring you. For starters, we import bedding that you don’t find in a retail provider at a price point you can afford.
It’s the extra little things that we offer. For example, our fitted sheets have an additional row of elastic. This ensures they tuck in well and stay tucked in all night. Our flat sheets are slightly over-sized to help them stay tucked in as well. Great Sleep fitted sheets come with long side and short side labels that mean you don’t end up doing the sheet turn around more than once.
