Q. How much will my delivery cost?
A. All orders over $300 (incl gst) in New Zealand will be sent to you free of a delivery charge. For purchases under $200 (incl gst) you will be charged $10.
Q. I want to order bulk items for my business, who do I contact?

Q. How do I know where my order is?
A. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is received and another when your order is dispatched. This email will have a link to allow you to track your order with the couriers at any time. However, we know that sometimes things go astray so please do not hesitate to either email us on email@example.com or call 0800 002 495
Q. Can I order from overseas?
A. Yes. However, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org as outside of New Zealand freight charges will apply, these will vary depending on the destination. You may also be liable for any and all duties during transit and at the destination.
Q. Can I order an Out of Stock Item?
A. We are going to work hard to ensure we minimise this occurrence however we know demand and supply are sometimes hard to balance. For our standard stock items, we will be able to advise how long you will have to wait. However, for some of our items they may be one offs and/or seasonal in nature so only available while stocks last.
Q. How do I know what size to purchase for my bed?
A. Please refer to our sizing chart. Please note the sheets we supply will be slightly larger than the sizing chart. This is to allow for any normal shrinkage. Please follow the care instructions to avoid shrinkage.
Q. Is my credit card data safe with you?
A. Yes, we use the New Zealand operated Windcave (Pxpay) payment gateway,
(formerly called DPS) which means your payment details are securely taken and
encrypted along the way. We do not store your card details and the data is securely encrypted meaning you can shop with confidence. We accept Visa or MasterCard.
Q. Can I remove my details from your mailing list?
A. We would prefer you didn’t but with the push of a button you can Unsubscribe from Great Sleep.
Q. Who delivers my goods?
A. We use a range of couriers depending on the area you live in.
Q. How do I track my parcel?
A. You will receive an email after you place your order that confirms your order has been received. A second email will arrive when the goods have been shipped. This email will include a tracking number to enable you to follow your parcel through to delivery.
Q. How long does my parcel take to get to me?
A. Delivery times vary depending on where you live. We provide tracking details so you will be able to see your parcel as it comes your way. Usually we would expect most deliveries to take 1-4 working days.
